Pangcha & Jacob, Merced

Pangcha and Jacob tied the knot on January 5th of 2008 in Merced, California. We had major storm and it rained all day. This would have put most people in a foul mood. But thank god that Pangcha and Jacob weren’t exactly like most people. They were the most optimistic and humble individuals that I’ve ever came across.

Jacob was caught by a total surprise when Pangcha decided to serenade him with a beautiful song.

Sutin & David, Rancho Palos Verde

Sutin and David’s wedding was my last for the year 2007. Therefore, I was very excited to end the year with a great session. It was also a second opportunity for me to shoot at the ever beautiful Wayfarers Chapel this year. Since I had never met David and Sutin, there was a bit of nervousness on my part when I first arrived. However, it all dissipated when I finally met the laid back couple.

David was very reserved and quiet.

Sutin is just the opposite.

And together they compliment each other rather well.

Monterey Bay Aquarium…Jellyfish!

I was just diggin’ through some old pictures and found these gems. They were taken at the Monterey Bay Aquarium back in September of 07. We were on our way back from Napa and decided to stop by. This place is so massive. I’ve never seen a school of 100-pound plus bluefin tunas swimming around in a tank. It was a sight to behold. My son and I spent like a whole hour in the jellyfish room. I don’t know about you but I can never get enough them. Here are a few pictures of the Jellies.

Amy & Patrick Engagement

Happy New Year everyone! After a few weeks of corresponding over the phone and via email that I finally got to meet Amy and Patrick. Amy and Patrick were very relax and funny loving, therefore, we hit it off right away. Although it was a rather cold day in December at the beach these two love birds shrugged it off like it’s nothing. Well, it helps that Patrick is actually from Chicago. These guys are going to get marry in Chicago in September 2008 and I am so regretful for not being able to photograph their wedding due to previous booking. Here is a little teaser from their session.
